Oh our cute CeCe ... We want you to know how much we love you. Ruby said this morning that she wished you were OUR baby sister. We all do! We all read all the good things you are doing and the milestones you have accomplished. We our so proud of you. We got a real kick out of your Frankie's nickname for you and you'll be hearing it from us from now on ... blame it on your brother! We'll love you!
