Although, all the shopping is done, all the presents were opened, all the food was eaten and Christmas has passed...the memories will forever be in our minds.
Here are some of those created this year...
On Christmas Eve we had my sister and her family over, Grant's brother and his family and of course Grant's parents.
As a tradition in my family, we always stay up until midnight playing games with the family. Althought they didn't stay until midnight, it was still fun to have them as part of our tradition.
We also participated in one of their traditions of re-inacting the nativity scene.
Pinky & Julio as Joseph & Mary
Maya as the baby Jesus
The girls as the angels...
The boys as the Three Wise Men and Sheppards and Pax as a lamb
After everyone left, Drew ASKED to go to bed...that's a first!! She went to bed and Grant, Frankie and I stayed up. At midnight, after Santa came, we woke up Drew. She was pretty easy to wake up. She ran in Frankie's room and woke him up. She was so excited.
Here's Drew's reaction to her Baby Alive "Tiana". It was just what she asked Santa to bring.
It was so adorable to see her exciment. She even ran out to the balcony because she saw Rudolph's nose at a distance and yelled "Thanks Santa. Thanks Rudolph" It was the cutest thing.
Frankie was practically in tears when he got what he asked Santa for ...and Ipod Touch.
We stayed up playing with our new toys and games.
Pax loved playing in the wrapping paper.
Christmas day we went to Grant's parent's house and spent time with cousins. It was so fun to see all the cousins play together.
It brought memories of my childhood.
We hope your Christmas was full of great memories like ours!
